Watching a reel, a podcast or a voice note on your iPhone? Tap Share → Get Transcript. You get every word, and it can go straight to ChatGPT or Claude to summarise it, pull out the steps, or write a post.

Add the button to your iPhone
Open this page on your iPhone and tap:
The Shortcuts app opens with this screen. Tap the box, tap Paste, then tap Add Shortcut:

Use it
On any video, tap Share, scroll down, and tap Get Transcript.
Don't see it? At the bottom of the Share menu tap Edit Actions and turn it on. In Facebook or Instagram, tap Share, then More first.
Pick where it goes
A few seconds later you choose Ask ChatGPT, Ask Claude or Just copy it, then what it should do: summarise, key points and action steps, a social post, translate to Bangla, or your own words.
For ChatGPT or Claude, have that app on your iPhone and be logged in. The words are always copied too, so you can paste them anywhere.
No sound to share? Use a screen recording
If something is playing inside an app with no Share button, turn on Screen Recording in Control Centre while it plays. Then open the recording in Photos, tap Share → Get Transcript.
